M Health Fairview Southdale Rehab Center

CoBeck recently worked with EAPC Architects to complete the relocation and expansion of M Health Fairview's Cardiac Rehab Center in Edina, MN. The project included a full demo of roughly 4,500 s.f. to make room for new offices, workspaces, consultation and education areas, a waiting room, and a physical therapy gym. New finishes, custom millwork, and upgraded mechanical, electrical, and plumbing were incorporated throughout the space to accommodate the needs of the user group.
