Unifeye Vision Partners Minnetonka ASC & Clinics

CoBeck successfully completed a comprehensive tenant improvement project spanning 29,200 s.f for Unifeye Vision Partners. This project involved creating new spaces for a clinic and surgery center, enabling Unifeye Vision Partners to enhance their facilities. The renovated areas included:

•  Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) - 9,500 s.f featuring 3 ORs, Pre/Post areas, a waiting room, and staff support areas.
• Minnesota Eye Consultants Clinic - 11,600 s.f equipped with 25 exam rooms, testing and laser rooms, waiting area, and staff support areas.
• Northwest Eye Pediatrics Clinic - 8,100 s.f featuring 12 exam rooms, a large waiting area with a kid’s zone, and staff support areas.
