Chelsea got the itch for the construction industry when she was 12 years old while bending tin and cleaning up her family’s Heating and Air Conditioning shop for cash. Upon receiving her Architectural Drafting degree, she began her career working for an architectural firm and then a precast company. After gaining several years of experience, she ventured over to General Contracting as a Project Manager and hasn’t looked back. Being on all the different sides of the table has given Chelsea an in-depth understanding of the industry. Her positive attitude, attention to detail and eagerness to help others make her a fantastic asset to any project.
