Southdale Center Court

CoBeck Recently completed the renovation of Southdale's Center Court in Edina, MN. Delivering the project across three distinct phases. 

Phase 1 focused on updating the existing handrails and wood finishes. The dark wood elements were replaced with lighter tones using Di-Noc wood grain vinyl film, giving the space a brighter, more modern look.

Phase 2 involved removing the central escalator and infilling the area with new tile and carpet. During this phase, we also installed a large custom artificial green wall to the court's aesthetic and bring visual warmth to the space. 

Phase 3 centered on the renovation of the Macy's elevator. Our team removed the adjacent escalator, infilled the former basement and escalator areas, refurbished the elevator, and constructed a new green wall shaft.
