New Horizon Day Care

CoBeck completed an 8,700 s.f. daycare relocation at Boston Scientific’s Arden Hills Corporate Campus. Due to a series of domino projects for relocating Boston Scientific’s manufacturing and clean environment areas, the medical device manufacturer had to relocate their tenant, New Horizon, from their existing location on campus to another.

This project included the complete build-out of the 8,700 s.f. footprint, new finishes, the require mechanical, plumbing, and electrical re-work to accommodate the child-care facility. CoBeck had to clear the site of existing parking lot and re-work the site to accommodate two new play areas and parking.
