Max Mara

CoBeck Construction was selected as the general contractor for the Max Mara retail tenant improvement project at Southdale Center in Edina, Minnesota. This project involved converting a raw shell space into a high-end, luxury retail environment that aligns with Max Mara’s global brand standards.

The scope included full interior build-out, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations, high-end finishes, millwork installation, and the use of specialty lighting and display features critical to luxury retail. Our team worked closely with the client’s design partners, mall management, and vendors to ensure a smooth and quality delivery.
