Hawkins Chemical, Inc.

CoBeck Construction recently completed a laboratory relocation project for Hawkins Chemical.  We worked closely with the engineering service UTI and the lab’s user group. Extensive work was required to the building structure including new mechanical and electrical infrastructure work, code compliance upgrades, roof reinforcement and high sanitation finishes.  CoBeck also worked with the owner and architect in the design and construction of the perimeter glass framing system as an alternative to a less feasible demountable wall system.
