CoBeck Construction worked with DDL on a multi-phase 35,000 s.f. interior renovation in an owner-occupied building. This multi-phase project consisted of new offices, breakrooms, conference rooms, training rooms, humidity controlled labs, sound controlled testing rooms, and warehouse space.

Some finishes included new paint, 8’ wood doors, new ACT, new ceramic & carpet, butt glass office fronts, epoxy flooring, sound rated gypsum board/channels, glass front overhead doors, wall cover accent walls, and custom millwork. New LED light fixtures were utilized throughout the project.
