  • JAMes J. Fishbeck - President, Director of Operations

    Jim is an accomplished construction veteran who has been in the industry for over 41 years. Jim has a long history of serving in leadership positions before co-founding CoBeck Construction Company. Jim is actively involved with the day-to-day management of CoBeck’s operations as well as successfully executing project management responsibilities to our projects. Jim’s substantial leadership experience will assure customers that the attention to detail will not be jeopardized and the commitment to exceed expectations for service and value will be provided with no exceptions. 

  • Derek Cooper - Vice President

    Derek is a seasoned health care construction professional who has been in construction for over 26 years. Derek worked on both small and large construction projects for larger general contracting firms prior to co-founding CoBeck Construction Company. In addition to his leadership at CoBeck Construction, Derek is also a devoted project manager fulfilling his commitments to projects. Derek’s experience and knowledge allow him to adapt to any project type or size with in the industry. His leadership experience focuses on client’s needs and final expectations.

  • NathaNiel Cote - Vice President

    Nate is a strategic thinker who has been in construction over 15 years. Nate has worked on various market sectors that include both small and large project experience. As one of the co-founders of CoBeck Construction Company, Nate devotes himself to company operations in addition to his project management responsibilities. Nate’s eagerness to dissect problems and come up with straight-forward solutions make him an exemplary project leader.  

  • Bob Cote - VICE PRESIDENT of FIELD OPERATIONS

    Bob is an invaluable champion for the field who has been in the industry over 31 years. Bob has spent over 20 years as a superintendent on large-scale construction projects prior to co-founding CoBeck Construction Company. Bob leads CoBeck’s entire field operation in addition to effectively functioning as a project superintendent on countless CoBeck projects. Bob understands the owner’s perspective of the project and is able to tie that together with our approach to safety, quality and schedule. Bob’s passion and obsession for fulfilling client’s needs and his spirited personality help contribute to CoBeck’s extensive list of repeat work from clients.

  • Amy Peterson - Project Manager

    Amy is a passionate problem-solver who has been in the industry for over 9 years. Amy has a strong technical background in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Virtual Design in Construction (VDC). Amy applied this background, her education and experience to build a core foundation for her project approach. As a project manager, Amy is experienced in making timely and informed decisions for time-sensitive projects. Amy’s meaningful consideration for client’s expectations makes her a valuable advocate for the owner.

  • Michael Larson - MEP Coordinator & Project Manager

    Mike is a knowledgeable and dedicated construction professional who has been in the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing industry for over 14 years and is LEED certified.  Mike’s professional experience includes design, estimation, and mechanical contracting. He has worked with professionals on a variety of projects including projects in the commercial, industrial, and healthcare sectors.  As MEP Coordinator, Mike emphasizes quality and integrity and puts client expectations at the forefront.  He ensures that every client receives the proper system that best fits their needs.



  • Jane Difronzo - Office Manager

    Jane is an organized team-player who supports our office operations with accounts payable/receivable, payroll, benefits and office operations. Jane is instrumental in streamlining CoBeck’s internal processes and procedures. Jane’s dedication and understanding of critical details is an invaluable asset to our clients, office staff and field personnel. 

  • Jason Edwards - Project Superintendent

    Jason is a motivated achiever who has been in the industry for over 21 years. Jason’s exceptional ability to look-ahead, identify potential conflicts as well as propose resolutions is a notable advantage to our clients.

  • Patrick Golden - PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT

    Partick is a valued asset on projects who has been in the industry for over 27 years.  Patrick has a good understanding of how critical it is to the success of a project to properly schedule the various trades and to monitor their quality and workmanship throughout the job. 

  • Daniel Johnson - Project Superintendent

    Dan is a responsive champion in the field for our clients. He has been in the industry for over 16 years. Dan’s responsiveness and organized approach contribute to CoBeck’s success on a daily basis.
