Vineland Premium Outlet Mall

CoBeck Construction completed a series of major site improvements at the Vineland Premium Outlets in Orlando, FL. All work is being performed during overnight hours to minimize disruption and maintain a positive experience for tenants and shoppers. The project encompassed the replacement of more than 64,000 s.f. of concrete, the construction of new outdoor “living room” gathering spaces, and the creation of a new green space featuring synthetic turf, enhanced landscaping, and integrated mural art. Additional upgrades included a new exterior trellis structure, full bathroom renovations, and complete tile replacement throughout the food court. The scope also included the restoration of 60 architectural columns, rerouting of underground power to ensure uninterrupted tenant operations during construction, and the installation of new exterior wayfinding signage throughout the property.
