Boston Scientific RTC Cath Lab 3

CoBeck served as the general contractor for the 2025 build-out of Boston Scientific’s Cath Lab 3. The project scope included construction of new operating, viewing, control, and equipment rooms, all built to precise specifications to support the installation of advanced medical infrastructure by GE HealthCare. Safety and privacy were carefully balanced through the use of lead-lined partitions and switchable glass between the operating and viewing areas. Stringent floor levelness tolerances were met to provide a proper substrate for Allia IGS-system-compatible sheet vinyl flooring beneath the new equipment. Successful delivery of the project required close coordination with the user group to ensure uninterrupted daily operations within the surrounding facility.
