Boston Scientific Building 5 Office Reconfiguration

Approximately 80,000 s.f. of office space underwent a complete reconfiguration, including new private offices, cubicle areas, conference rooms, and restrooms. The updated space features intricate wood detailing among the ceilings to add visual interest, as well AcoustiBuilt ceilings were installed in many areas providing dampened noise that would otherwise echo in hard lid ceiling areas. Along with extensive glasswork throughout the office walls to amplify openness and light. One of the standout features of the renovation is the employee breakroom. Furnished with calming neutrals, the space offers a relaxing atmosphere complemented by ample luxury seating. The area was completely gutted and reimagined, now featuring a large central island and a custom wood art installation, making it entirely unrecognizable from its original layout. Another notable highlight is a special collaborative team room, a conference space distinguished by dark finishes and a specialty Aktura ceiling feature. This space offers a striking contrast to other conference rooms and is truly unique to the space.
