We completed a 45,000 s.f. expansion for LISI Medical, a device company specializing in implants and instruments for minimally invasive orthopedic, spinal, and trauma surgeries.
Our scope included expanding the existing structure to create additional manufacturing and warehouse space. New electrical services were installed to support their critical manufacturing equipment. Careful planning ensured proper integration of their precise systems, including water, power, process piping, and compressed air. We also reconfigured their entire loading dock structure while always keeping the dock operational. We worked closely with LISI Medical to develop a multi-phased approach tailored to their specific needs.
This project was recognized as one of only nine in the state to receive funding support from the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development.
