International Drive Outlet

CoBeck Construction executed major site improvements at the International Premium Outlets in Orlando, FL. All work was performed during overnight hours to limit disruption and ensure tenants and customers remained fully accommodated throughout construction. The project involved more than 80,000 s.f. of paver rework, completed in multiple phases to maintain continuous access and a positive guest experience. Major components to this renovation also included the erection of a new deck structure over an existing easement, full tile replacement within the food court, and the removal of non-structural decorative columns with corresponding bulkhead modifications. Additional work consists of phased bathroom renovations, a new main entrance monument sign, restoration of the existing fountain, and construction of a reimagined entry plaza incorporating new lighting, synthetic turf, enhanced landscaping, and custom seat walls.
