CAMP

The CAMP project at Southdale Center in Edina, MN involved the transformation of a shell space into a fully operational 5,993 s.f. retail store. The scope of work included a complete interior build-out featuring new finishes, custom millwork, and decorative lighting systems. 

Completed within a four-month construction schedule, the project required careful coordination due to owner-provided low-voltage systems and millwork. Throughout this process, CoBeck reinforced the importance of proactive planning and consistent communication with the owner’s vendors. As well as maintaining clear, open lines of communication proved essential to ensuring seamless integration of specialty components, and delivering a high-quality finished product.
