Need a project done right away? Running Behind?

CoBeck recently completed a 6,000 s.f. new construction project in Afton, MN. This project was for Belwin Conservancy’s new Wetland Center. This facility was thoughtfully designed to serve as both a school and a nature center, supporting Belwin’s mission of environmental education and conservation.
The project scope included the installation of a geothermal HVAC system to maximize energy efficiency and sustainability, along with natural habitat site development to ensure the surrounding environment remained protected. The building and site were carefully integrated into the landscape to create a seamless connection between the facility and the wetlands it supports.
From planning through completion, CoBeck partnered closely with Belwin Conservancy, maintaining open and consistent communication throughout the process. This collaborative approach allowed the team to fully align with Belwin’s goals and ensure that the project reflected their vision for the space.
